INNOVATION AWARDS
SALON DES MAIRES ET DES COLLECTIVITES
The Innovation Awards Competition of the Mayors and Local Authorities Exhibition, organized jointly with the Biodiversity Exhibition, recognizes each year an innovative solution or collaboration carried out with a local authority.
The competition includes eight categories, each of which may reward both an innovative solution and/or an innovative collaboration.
An innovation that contributes to biodiversity protection may also be distinguished.
This initiative follows an annual cycle, enabling each edition to highlight new projects that support and advance local territories.
WHO CAN TAKE PART ?
In 2025, the Innovation Award of the Mayors and Local Authorities Exhibition once again welcomed a wide range of participants: exhibitors, co‑exhibitors, as well as non‑exhibiting organizations. As every year, the award was open to all stakeholders working alongside local authorities, including:

Public organizations: institutions, operators, semi‑public bodies, and State agencies

Private companies

Associations
Innovations supporting biodiversity protection were given particular visibility during this edition.
The Innovation Award is held annually: the next edition will take place from 24 to 26 November 2026, with the same inclusive entry criteria and the continued commitment to showcasing innovative solutions serving local communities.
